St Helen's is always a busy and lively church with events held throughout the year - some especially for children, with extra activities in school holidays, and some for everyone. For forthcoming events see What's Coming Up 
 

Regular Service Pattern:

Wednesdays
· First, Fourth and Fifth Wednesdays of the month - Holy Communion - 10.30am in church
· Second Wednesday of the month - Holy Communion - 10.30am at Prior Park Community Centre
· Third Wednesday of the month - Service of the Word - 10.30am in church 

Fridays
· First Friday of the Month - Messy Church - 4:15pm to 5:30pm in the Community Heritage Centre

Saturdays
· Parish Prayers -  9.30am in church (Hastings chapel)

Sundays
· First Sunday of the month - April to October at 6pm - Soirée - Choral Evensong followed by refreshments and a recital
November to March at 6pm - Choral Evensong
· First Sunday of the month - May to October: Soirée (Choral Evensong followed by refreshments, then a short musical performance) - 6pm in church
· Second Sunday of the month - Holy Communion (with choir) - 10.30am in church
· Third Sunday of the month - Morning Worship (with choir) - 10.30am in church
· Fourth Sunday of the month - Holy Communion (with choir) - 10.30am in church
· Fourth Sunday of the month - 'Service of Compline' at 7:30pm - a quiet and simple 20 minute service
